A. If you could have given a particular age details then it could have been easy to analyze. This condition is relatively new, yet it's appearing in epidemic numbers. A. It’s good to hear that you are positive and taking your medicine. Educate yourself and talk to other bipolar patients to know how they make their way of living with bipolar. Find factors which can motivate you and this will be of great help to you. More importantly, a change in your life style like your diet change and exercises will also help. Find a better way to handle your stress and this way you can keep the disorder in control.
