a computer language using mathematical logic but requiring precise manipulation of binary numbers.

I'm appalled that a cabinet minister, or should I say a sacked cabinet minister, can use such low-level language towards the leader of one of the major cities.
This form of coding, however, is a low-level language, and it is more confusing to learn and read than other high-level languages, for example, C and Java.
The solution is to move away from low-level languages like C to languages that are designed for safety and ease of analysis as much as for programmer convenience.
