| WASHINGTON - United Airlines won court approval Friday to pay $150 million to settle billions of dollars in claims from aircraft leasers, including Walt Disney Co. Given the escalating payments that private leasers are willing to make in order to secure land access, some skeptics question whether states can afford to be competitive in the deals they offer to landowners. Roughly 13% of the building remains vacant, which will allow master leasers, SL Green, to improve on the reported 6% cap rate it bought into. |
