a humidifier that increases the surface area for exposure of water to gas by breaking the water into small aerosol droplets. Air or a gas passes through a restriction after entering the humidifier, producing a foaming mixture of liquid and gas. Gas issuing from the unit has a maximum amount of water vapor and a minimum of liquid water particles.
