adj.
Relating to a group of individuals or to a strain of animals genetically alike with respect to specified gene pairs.

in transplantation biology, denoting individuals or tissues having identical genotypes, i.e., identical twins or animals of the same inbred strain, or their tissues. Called also isogeneic and isologous.
