isoetharine
a sympathomimetic amine having more effect on the ß2-adrenergic receptors of the bronchi and vascular smooth muscle than the ß1-adrenergic receptors of the heart; used as a bronchodilator in bronchial disease and for relief of bronchospasm in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
