interdigital dermatitis
1. the early lesion in the development of infectious footrot in sheep; called also sheep scald.
2. inflammatory, usually moist, skin disease between the toes in dogs and sometimes cats. May be due to any cause, but often associated with the pruritus of atopy and the dog's persistent licking, allergic contact dermatitis, or hookworm penetration.
interdigital fibroma
a wart-like mass of fibrous tissue which develops in the anterior part of the interdigital cleft of cattle causing chronic lameness.
interdigital fibropapillomata
are typical wart structures located at the posterior end of the interdigital cleft of cattle just above the heel bulbs, causing chronic lameness.
interdigital necrobacillosis
bovine footrot.
interdigital papillomatosis
slowly spreading lameness in a large number of animals in a herd of cattle characterized by an erythematous, annular lesion in the midline on the back of the pastern, usually on one hindlimb of a cow, caused by an invasive spirochete.
