Etymology: L, in + sentire, to feel
1 pertaining to a person who is unconscious for any reason.
2 pertaining to a person who is apathetic or deprived of normal sense perceptions.

1. devoid of sensibility or consciousness.
2. not perceptible to the senses.

water lost by evaporation from the skin without the skin or hair becoming obviously wet.
