incorporation
1. the union of one substance with another, or with others, in a composite mass.
2. a legal procedure by which a veterinary practice is turned into a company. Unless the company is run entirely by veterinarians there is the risk that the professional ethic that the good of the patient is paramount may be overcome by a more profit-conscious set of rules.
