incaparina

(ĭn-kăp″ă-rē′nă)
A mixture of cereal grains and oilseed meals of a given range of protein and quality fortified with vitamins and minerals. It was developed at the Institute of Nutrition of Central America and Panama (INCAP) and distributed in Latin American countries for feeding young children to prevent kwashiorkor and other forms of malnutrition.
