In Phase III clinical testing, iloperidone has been demonstrated to be potentially safe and effective in the treatment of schizophrenia in both the acute and the chronic setting. Titan's several products in development, including iloperidone which completed Phase III testing for schizophrenia, Probuphine[R] in Phase III testing for opiate addiction, and Spheramine[R] in Phase IIb testing for advanced Parkinson's disease, as well as our other products in earlier stage development, provide a strong foundation for future growth. We continue to focus our resources on the Probuphine Phase III development program for the treatment of opioid addiction, while our Spheramine and iloperidone programs continue to advance, supported by our development partners. |
