It is not suggested that the non-drinker should start drinking, but most hypertensives are over the age of 60 when community studies suggest that drinking alcohol does more good than harm.
No significant interaction between hypertensives and baseline lead levels regressed on baseline SCr was observed (Table 3).
Michael Kelemen, for example, reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association results from a study in which hypertensives exercised aerobically three times a week for 10 weeks while taking either a diuretic or beta-blocker (hypertensive drugs), or a placebo (a pill with no drug in it).
