hemoglobinuric

pertaining to or emanating from hemoglobin.

hemoglobinuric nephrosis

is the result of intravascular hemolysis and the excretion of large quantities of hemoglobin in the urine. The epithelial cells and lumina of the tubules become packed with hemoglobin resulting in renal failure. See also nephrosis.
