n.
Excessive sweating of the lips, nose, and forehead after eating certain foods.

hyperhidrosis (hī´purhīdrō´sis),
n the presence of excessive sweating, which may be generalized or localized.
hyperhidrosis, gustatory
n the presence of increased sweating in the preauricular region, forehead, or face associated with eating. See also syndrome, auriculotemporal.
hyperhidrosis, masticatory
n excessive sweating associated with chewing. The cause is traumatic injury producing anastomosis of the facial nerve with a sympathetic branch.
