Q. Why are so many kids being diagnosed with ADHD? Where was that disease when I was growing up? Why are so many parents taking their kids to get medicine for this so called ADHD? My daughter is autistic and when we are in public and she starts to act up I'm sure there are people blaming my parenting because they don't know the whole story. It is unfair to judge children and the parents so quick without any prior knowledge of their situation. And to think of what the parents are going through having a child with an uncontrollable disorder. Instead of being one of the parents bugged by these situations, I think you should be grateful your child is not that way and offer a helping hand instead of a judging eye.
