PTH stimulates aldosterone secretion from adrenal glomerulosa cells in a dose-dependent manner, both alone and in combination with angiotensin II. Also immunolabeled in the wolf were a few myocardial cells and several small clusters of cells in the zona glomerulosa of the adrenal gland. |
