Q. What is the best way to build up my fitness level? This is Syed, I used to swim four times a week, for nearly 30 minutes each session. A. Do 15 minutes like you did this time, then rest and do it again. Next time you go swimming, do 16 minutes, etc until you can go higher. It's like baby steps.
