amp;ldquo; If the flowmeter goes bad, the controller thinks it’s not getting enough flow, so it opens up the control valve and your spray rate shoots way out of sight. The integral part in each case is the OPTIFLUX electro-magnetic flowmeter. The machine has a compact single-frame design, pressurized day tanks, radial piston pumps with magnetic couplings for both isocyanate and polyol components, closed-loop controls with volumetric flowmeters and frequency drives, low- and high-pressure chemical filters, flow-rate display, and a compact hydraulic mixhead. |
