pertaining to or emanating from fimbriae.

fimbrial cysts
cysts in the region of the ovulation fossa; appear to cause no impediment to fertility except in very old mares where they may obstruct ovulation. If the cysts are in ovarian tissue they are known as ovarian cysts; if they are in the connective tissue at the base of the fimbriae they are called fimbrial cysts.
