Fetuin-A encapsulated by pH sensitive carriers with a surface affinity for unMGP will allow for targeted delivery of Fetuin A to sites of VC.
In order to learn more about the potential adsorption ability of Fetuin, a deeper understanding with respect to Fetuin A concentration, solvent selection, and time of interaction must be gained.
In addition, sepharose beads were incubated with BSA or biotinylated fetuin as negative controls under similar conditions.
