Patient discussion about felts.

Q. how can I know if a lump I felt is breast cancer or just a normal one? Yesterday I felt a lump in my right breast, a small one, is there a way to know if it’s cancerous or not? I don’t want to do a lot of fuss over nothing, you know, spending few days going to sea a gynecologist, doing mammography and all that.

A. Your part in self diagnosis ended when you found a lump. Now it’s the Doctors time to check it up.
Here are couple of sites that might help:

I hope it’s not breast cancer.
Good luck

Q. I want to know from anyone who is first time pregnant about the kicks they felt from the baby if so, when? I am in my second trimester. I have not yet felt my baby movements whereas other women have felt the movements. My husband is eagerly waiting for this to happen. My mom too says that this will be a pleasant experience. I want to know from anyone who is first time pregnant about the kicks they felt from the baby if so, when? How was that?

A. I am in my second trimester and last week I felt the baby movement. My baby moves only during night and I have not yet noticed any movement during the day. I have tried more to feel the movement during the day but it didn’t happen. Sometimes I feel heavenly with my baby`s movement. You can wait for some more time, else seek doctor’s opinion.

Q. Anybody had felt the same like me where you were able to beat the pain? I am regular to exercise these days. Previously I could not do exercise due to my pain. So, I decided to regularly go to gym and sit and see the young ladies who are doing their exercise. It worked and I felt the motivation and now after six months of practice I have been able to continue with the exercise. This has helped me to gain the motivation and as well as it did help to reduce the pain. I am feeling better now. I want to know that anybody had felt the same like me where you were able to beat the pain?

A. Yes, it has happened some months before when I started drinking enough water. I don’t know I was feeling very thirsty those days and I started having lot of water. But after some day I found the reduction of pain. Well my happiness increased. But due to this cold temperature my water intake has reduced but still I try to take as much as possible. My pain is not high but I think a simple mistake of deviating from the following routine can increase my pain. So I try to follow under a daily routine of sleep and wake cycle with good diet to keep my pain away.
