| The patient underwent esophagogastroscopy with gastric biopsy positive for B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The patient had recently been admitted to two other institutions for evaluation of her hemoptysis, and diagnostic workup included three bronchoscopies, esophagogastroscopy, nasopharyngeal and thorax tomographic scans, as well as pulmonary angiography. Gastrografin swallow, esophagogastroscopy, and a bronchoscopy showed no leak or any other abnormality. |
