    0.01 sec.
electrogram /elec·tro·gram/ (e-lek´tro-gram) any record produced by changes in electric potential.
esophageal electrogram  one recorded by an esophageal electrode, for enhanced detection of P waves and elucidation of complex arrhythmias.
His bundle electrogram  (HBE) an intracardiac electrogram of potentials in the lower right atrium, atrioventricular node, and His-Purkinje system, obtained by positioning intracardiac electrodes near the tricuspid valve.
intracardiac electrogram  a record of changes in the electric potentials of specific cardiac loci, as measured with electrodes placed within the heart via cardiac catheters; used for loci that cannot be assessed by body surface electrodes, such as the bundle of His or other regions within the cardiac conducting system.

Intracardiac electrograms. Schematic illustrations of several intracardiac electrograms contrasted with a conventional body-surface electrocardiogram (ECG). HRA = high right atrial electrogram; HBE = His bundle electrogram, in which A = low right atrial activity, H = His bundle activity, and V = ventricular septal activity; also shown are the P–R, P–A, A–H, and H–V intervals.

e·lec·tro·gram (-lktr-grm)
n.
A graphic record made from the measurement of electrical events in living tissues.

electrogram
