| Cases of laryngotracheal adenoid cystic carcinoma have been reported in the literature, but they all involved endolaryngeal and/or endotracheal masses. Remacle et al always resect the aryepiglottic fold from the arytenoids to the lateral edge of the epiglottis; if necessary, surgery includes the endolaryngeal mucosa of the arytenoids and/or the lateral edge of the epiglottis. Our physical and endoscopic examinations revealed that a 3-cm tumor located on the right true vocal fold had obstructed approximately 80% of the endolaryngeal lumen. |
