Rather, the dystopia in year 2027 depicted in Cuaron's film ``Children of Men'' looks quite a bit like what you might see today.
It begins somewhat like a fairy tale, a dark one, with an otherworldly feel, a dystopia.
Not a fictional dystopia like Jack London or Huxley or Orwell himself imagined, but a closely argued tract, drawing on the history of slavery in the ancient world and finding comparisons with the modern state.
