problem [prob′ləm] Etymology: Gk, proballein, to throw forward any health care condition that requires diagnostic, therapeutic, or educational action. Here's the thing: I’ve been in school break for two months now and that means i usually go to bed at about 2 am, and I usually wake up with an alarm clock at 11 for breakfast then lunch immediately after breakfast. My problem is that I have problems sleeping, I usually stay an hour or two in bed trying to get some sleep. A. I have been taking 5 mg. of ambien every night for 12 years. It has been a miracle drug for me. My bedtime is between 11:00 and 12:00 PM. I take my "pill" about 15 minutes before turning TV off and sleep really well until 7:00 or 8:00 AM. Never have side effects. Q. Could there be an underlying problem if you have frequent headaches? Sometimes i get a headache that lasts for days and it doesnt go away when i take medicine. It can be many things stress, neck, back, blood pressure see what I mean, and even more some times! Go to the DR and see what He says. I had to find a med that worked for me. I take darvon if they dont go awy after day! I have now found that the new fast acting Tylenol works if you take it first thing, you must hurry with it , as soon as you get a sign of it comming on, other wise it will not work! They are new and they melt fast! Wal-Mart has them now. i would go to the Dr just to be on the safe side! Hope you get better! Memaw Q. Cuprum, Stramonium and Zincum have the symptom that the patient is aroused from sleep frightened.
