diet, Swank, a nutritional plan that recommends foods with low amounts of saturated fat; claimed to slow the progression of multiple sclerosis and lessen the number of recurrences. The plan recommends eating less than 10 grams of saturated fat per day, consuming 40–50 grams of polyunsaturated oils and eating fish at least three times a week.
