Q. Depressive? How many jokes do you need a day to have at least one smile in your face? To be depressive is no fun. I started my depression 26 years ago. During 12 years I could not laugh loud anymore. You know - the " lol " in your chats. So my personal medication were jokes, comedy films on tv or to rent a funny VHS or DVD from a store and have the fun that I needed to forget a little bit all my trouble. Find out what you need. Q. how do you lift your spirit during those tough days of economic depression?

A. just find an activity that will take your mind off things.(i.e.)fishing,games,puzzles,camping,etc.

Q. I am getting more tired hour by hour towards the end of the day. I am 11 weeks pregnant. I feel more vomiting sensation during this time. Is this normal? And I am getting more tired hour by hour towards the end of the day. Can any experienced doctor suggest any healthy food or something else to over come it?

A. When women experience ultrasonic devices and the foetus is in such a moment not sleeping, the foetus with at least 3 months will react very intensively by kicking you that you have to stop this intervention. My son is now 24 years old and I saw him only once when he was 2 months young. I wish you a nice cruise and a wise gynecologist on board with you.
