1. acme or summit.
2. the portion of the anterior lobe of the cerebellum between the central lobule and the primary fissure; called also c. cerebel´li and c. monti´culi.

The front prominent portion of the monticulus of the vermis of the cerebellum.

1. the anterior and upper part of the monticulus cerebelli; called also cacumen.
