Q. How long will our leaders continue sanction this clearly immoral lifestyle? I did research on hetro-sexual lifestyle and found many interesting facts. I do not approve that and we all know the HERETO-sexual lifestyle leads to alcoholism, drug addiction, STDs including AIDS, fatherless children, poverty and spousal abuse. How long will our leaders continue to sanction this clearly immoral lifestyle? I am getting sick on this and I think our future generations would suffer a lot. I have been doing this for quite a while but I think it is time for me to garner some feedback on the issue. Well if you people in this forum have some social responsibilities please share your views.

A. In this case, I think you should have had heterosexual relations in your family stopped 1 generation ago. Not trying to be mean...but I think that if you want to state an opinion about the reason you came to existence...think about not existing...that's what you are proposing, the nonexistence of future generations.

Q. does anyone have experience with a continuous blood glucose monitor?

A. my ex girlfriend had it connected near an insulin pump. she found it very helpful and useful. it lowered her A1C levels and saved her the hypoglycemia every now and then.

Q. Due to my classes on Sunday I had missed my exercises Should I continue with this diet? I have good amount of protein in my muscle. I maintain the calories by having 180 gram protein, 270 gram carbohydrates and 60 grams fat when I exercise. I have never given any gap in my exercise. But last month due to my classes on Sunday I had missed my exercises and my classes will continue for more six months on every Sunday. Should I continue with this diet or any change is required?

A. yu can lower a bit your diet on Sundays...not too much though, your body needs energy even without exercising but you can eat a bit less that day. even though it will not be so bad if you just continue it, it won't do so harm- your body will find a way to balance it. at least that's what i think , but i'm not a nutritionist.
