I did research on hetro-sexual lifestyle and found many interesting facts. How long will our leaders continue to sanction this clearly immoral lifestyle? I am getting sick on this and I think our future generations would suffer a lot. Due to my classes on Sunday I had missed my exercises Should I continue with this diet? I have good amount of protein in my muscle. I maintain the calories by having 180 gram protein, 270 gram carbohydrates and 60 grams fat when I exercise. I have never given any gap in my exercise. But last month due to my classes on Sunday I had missed my exercises and my classes will continue for more six months on every Sunday. Should I continue with this diet or any change is required? A. yu can lower a bit your diet on Sundays...not too much though, your body needs energy even without exercising but you can eat a bit less that day. even though it will not be so bad if you just continue it, it won't do so harm- your body will find a way to balance it. at least that's what i think , but i'm not a nutritionist.
