clomiPHENE stimulation test, a test used to evaluate gonadal function in males who show signs of abnormal pubertal development. ClomiPHENE, a nonsteroidal analog of estrogen, stimulates the hypothalamic-pituitary system to raise follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels of the blood.
