cho·ri·o·al·lan·to·ic pla·cen·ta

a placenta (such as that of primates) in which the chorion is formed by the fusion of the allantoic mesoderm and vessels to the inner face of the serosa.

chorioallantoic placenta

A placenta in which the allantoic mesoderm and vessels fuse with the inner face of the serosa to form the chorion.
