Capsular lesions have a typical umbilication of their serosal surface. Metastatic spread is constant. Called also bile duct carcinoma. cholangiocellular cystadenoma a variety of bile duct adenoma in which the tumor is composed of multilocular cystic structures lined with epithelium resembling that of bile ducts. |
