Cervical lymphadenopathy has many underlying etiologies. Shortly after arriving there, fever, myalgia, rigors, pharyngitis, and tender cervical lymphadenopathy developed. Nasopharyngeal cancer can present with nasal obstruction, epistaxis, purulent rhinorrhea, headache, ear pain, serous otitis media, cervical lymphadenopathy, and cranial nerve involvement. |
