A document required by the General Medical Council (GMC) from medical doctors emigrating to the UK to practice medicine. The certificate must confirm that the applicant is entitled to practise medicine in the appropriate country, and was not disqualified, suspended or prohibited from practising medicine, and the regulatory authority is not aware of any matters that call into question the applicant’s good standing.
