The grade allotted depends on local requirements for consumers but usually takes into account marbling with fat, absence of excess fat, age and cutability. hamburger beef see hamburger beef. beef herd comprises the bulls, the mature cows, the heifers yet to calve for the first time, the yearlings including bred heifers and calves not yet weaned. Amid soaring gang violence, Los Angeles city and county officials are preparing this week to launch a coordinated attack aimed at beefing up anti-gang efforts in the San Fernando Valley. Credited with raising the stature of the public university, and with significantly beefing up the endowment, the Board of Trustees sought his replacement from a field of 100 higher education leaders. Many feared that beefing up the tower's lower portion would have a negative impact on its aesthetics, making it look more like a fortress, a constant reminder of the threat of attack, rather than a symbol of America's triumph over terrorism. |
