A. from research they did they found out that in a long term doing regular physical activity will not change life span. but they did discovered that it dramatically changes the quality of this life.

A. A regular healthy diet should be comprised of a 40-50% carbohydrate (bread, rice, etc.), 30-40% protein (dairy, meat, chicken, fish) and 20% fat. Other important ingredients are fruit and vegetables, that contain large amounts of fibers and vitamins.

A. on the walls of the Apollo temple in Delphi Greece there are two writings: "know thyself" and "Nothing to excess”. the nothing in excess is the key to healthy diet... eating from all of the food elements but not in excess.
