Q. I have a swelling in the back of my knee, what is it? A few weeks ago I fell while exercising. Now I have a swelling in the back on my right knee and it hurts me to walk long distances. What could be causing this?

The move I got to make with my back knee is the move that would hurt right now.
Bronner encourages stretching the rectus femoris (one of the four quadriceps, the only one that originates from the pelvis, not the femur) after workouts by going into a deep lunge, bending the back knee, and gently pulling the foot towards the glutes.
When you have an injury, nothing feels right, especially when it's in your back knee.
