atrial bigeminy  an arrhythmia consisting of the repetitive sequence of one atrial premature complex followed by one normal sinus impulse.
atrioventricular nodal bigeminy  an arrhythmia in which an atrioventricular extrasystole is followed by a normal sinus impulse in repetitive sequence.
ventricular bigeminy  an arrhythmia consisting of the repeated sequence of one ventricular premature complex followed by one normal beat.
