A condition (OMIM:208550) consisting of asthma, aspirin sensitivity and nasal polyposis due to chronic inflammation of the paranasal sinus mucosa, leading to protrusion of oedematous polyps into the nasal cavities.  

Molecular pathology
Defects of TBX21, which encodes a T-box DNA-binding protein, are associated with susceptibility to asthma with nasal polyps and aspirin intolerance.
