antiinhibitor coagulant complex (AICC), a concentrated fraction from pooled human plasma, which includes vitamin K-dependent coagulation factors (factors II,VII, IX, and X), factors of the kinin-generating system, and factor VIII coagulant antigen. It is administered intravenously as an antihemorrhagic in hemophilic patients with factor VIII inhibitors.
