A. Hi..... I am still determining how I can help people using this site as I am an obstetrician and cannot give you specific advice. Please do me this favor. I have started a website at Prenatalwebsite.com and it will give you the website to answer all your questions. You will absolutely love this site and likely see this same information in your doctors office. Click online educational resouces and then go to ACOG and search whatever you like.... there is more educational material there than you could possibly imagine. Let me know what you think, leave me a message at my site if you have the time, take care, doctorp

Q. How do you lose the weight gain of pregnancy? During my last pregnancy I have gained 50 pounds, and now I am having difficulty losing the extra weight. Do you have tips on how to lose pregnancy weight?

A. some tips from my becoming-a-mom-already friends are :
- you should babysit your baby yourself (because believe it or not, it is like a good exercise for you and also it is healthy physically and mentally since you're developing close bonding to your babyborn)
- do breastfeed, for some reasons it helps you to get back to normal weight
- start doing some light exercises (agree with natty on pilates)

but never forget to have a healthy diet, especially if you're a mom who is breastfeeding your baby.
Okay, stay healthy always, and good lucK!
