Anti-GBM antibody Immunology An antibody that is usually ↑ in Pts with Goodpasture syndrome which may be serially measured to monitor response to therapy; anti-GBM antibodies may be measured in conjunction with anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies in Wegener's granulomatosis Ref range Negative < 10 U; positive > 20 U. See Goodpasture syndrome.
