anogenital ratio

(ā″nō-jen′ĭ-tăl) [ anus + genital]
The measured length of the distance from the anus to the vaginal opening where the labia minora meet, divided by the distance between the anus and the base of the clitoris. It is used as in assessing fetal virilization. A ratio greater than 0.5 suggests abnormal virilization.
