Looking back now at my last hospitalization, I see that I was angry with someone most unreasonably so. So I started feeling guilty about this. I have time now to think about the situation that happened. I know I had over-reacted. I am much better now after medication to cure my depression and have started reasoning out every situation and find that I react better to people.
