For example, allethrin is a mixture of all possible allethrin stereoisomers, d-allethrin contains only the 1R isomers, bioallethrin contains only the 1R-trans isomers, and S-bioallethrin is enriched in the S stereoisomer of the 1 R-trans isomers (Figure 2).
