Assessment of Lescol (fluvastatin) in Renal Transplantation. A trial assessing fluvastatin’s potential for improving survival in renal transplant recipients in relation to cardiovascular mortality and graft rejection.
Fluvastatin reduced the risk for cardiac death and non-fatal MI, but had no effect on renal endpoints in renal transplant recipients.
