aggressive-radical therapy,

(in psychiatry) a form of therapy that introduces the political and social viewpoints of the therapist into the therapeutic process. Proponents of this technique believe that making all values explicit, sometimes through actual didactic input, enables the patient to view the solution of an emotional conflict and the raising of political consciousness as one and the same.
