adozelesin

An experimental drug belonging to the cyclopropylpyrroloindole family, which induces single-stranded DNA lesions. At low concentrations, it induces a transient S-phase block and cell-cycle arrest in G2-M, and increases induction of p53 and p21, whereas at high concentrations it only causes apoptosis.
